Julie's Birthday!

For all that know me know that I can't wait to give people presents. I just can't wait. So... I gave Julie her birthday present the night before her birthday. The next morning I made her breakfast in bed. I bought her a movie, some holiday socks and these really soft Hanes mens shirts. I had to go down the underwear isle at walmart. Slightly awkward because there were two older guys looking at briefs...

Conference Fun!

Somehow my roommates got ahold of some Conference tickets and we were so fortunate to go! The Saturday before, during conference break, Stephanie, Julie, and I all decided to play flag football. It was misty because it had been raining all day, plus I had a cold. Anyways. I played anyways! It was lots of fun and my team won! Conference was amazing. Listening to the Prophet and his apostles is always a great experience!

PIE!

I made Sam's mom and grandma's infamous pie on Saturday and it turned out marvelous. I ended up sending Sam a piece of pie at the MTC and he even got it and said it tasted excellent! He wanted to know why I didn't send the rest of the pie. If he only knew what I had to do to get the slice to him...

Pre & Post Laser Tagging

Ryan Came over and we went Laser tagging at Lazer assault and the girls definitely kicked butt. Afterwards we came back to our apartment and took pictures with a sign Ryan "Found." Lots of fun.

Sunday Fun

After church we were all around the mirror and got bored and we decided to experiment with our new cameras. This is what happened.

Hippy Hot Springs

Some of the girls and I went down to these Hippy Hot Springs on a girls road trip! We had a blast and here are the pictures! Once we paid our cash, we noticed that the Hippy girl didn't shave her armpits. After she was gave us instructions on where to go, we all turned to eachother and realized we couldn't take her seriously and counted on someone else to pay attention. In the end we had to wonder around for a bit until we found out where to go!

Birthday Bash

For my 19th Birthday a group of my friends took me to Tucanos the best Brazilian restaurant I have ever been to, frankly the only Brazilian restaurant I have ever been to, but definitely some of the best food ever. In the evening my friend Ryan brought over a "speedo" cake, it was a sight to see! It made my birthday absolutely fabulous!

Harry Potter came out at midnight and the BYU bookstore was having a party. My roommate Emily, Jacob, and I decided that we needed costumes. By the time everything was done, we decided that Jacob should be Dobby the house elf. Emily and I walked behind him all night as people were amazed to see Dobby the house elf, he even won honorable mention in the costume contest! We also saw many other characters from the book to make the evening both exciting and humorous.

While searching for the perfect form fitting hat for Sam, Jessica and Michelle found these three extraordinary hats that were a must buy purchase. Other exciting things spotted at the D.I. included a castle that Danielle, Camille, and Michelle had all played with in childhood. The "Castle Grayskull" but much to Michelle's displeasure, after being told to go back and purchase the collectors item was not the actual He-man castle. Alas, all these years it wasn't the real "Castle Grayskull" but the watered down fisher's price plastic version.
